That said, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We kindly ask that you include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
In these rare cases, we’re happy to offer a replacement or work with you to find the best solution.
