When can I expect my order?
All of our items are made to order, and we aim to ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. However, We kindly ask that you allow up to 5 days just to be on the safe side.

What’s your return policy?
We offer made-to-order products, and due to the custom nature of these items, we maintain a no-return policy. However, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases. As a goodwill gesture, if you are not satisfied, we can provide you with a discount on future purchases as compensation.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We put a lot of effort into packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement.
